The IPA mourns Murray Weissman, one of brightest lights in the publicity world and the architect of many legendary Oscar campaigns, who also was the recipient of our first Special Achievement Award with Dick Delson. He was a great friend and advisor to our association. He was always ready to help anytime. Weissman, who represented such as iconic stars as Judy Garland, Alfred Hitchock, and Frank Sinatra, passed away on Dec. 28, 2015, in Studio City, at age 90. – Mirjana Van Blaricom
